Industry Site Updater (行业站更新工具): Application and Privacy Notice

About the application

Industry Site Updater (行业站更新工具) is a local Windows application used by the Vantofluid website operator to manage multilingual content and monitor website search performance. This page provides the application overview and its privacy notice. Updated 23 September 2026.

Google data accessed and purpose

With the account owner’s consent, the application requests only the Google Search Console read-only scope (webmasters.readonly). It retrieves search queries, page URLs, countries, clicks, impressions, click-through rates, average positions and URL inspection results to display SEO reports for the configured website. This permission does not modify Search Console properties or website content.

Storage and security

OAuth client credentials and refresh tokens are encrypted with Windows Data Protection API for the current Windows account. Search reports and inspection results are stored in the local project database and report files. Database monitoring snapshots are retained for up to 180 days; exported report files and article inspection records remain until the operator deletes them. Local backups may retain earlier copies.

Sharing and AI

Google requests are sent to Google over HTTPS. The application does not send Google Search Console reports or OAuth tokens to Gemini, DeepSeek, advertising services or third-party image providers. Its separate article-writing features may send article topics and supplied business information to the AI provider selected by the operator. Google user data is not used to train AI models or sold.

Control and deletion

The account owner can revoke this application’s access through the Google Account third-party connections settings. Revocation stops future authorized queries but does not remove previously stored local reports. To delete stored records and encrypted credentials, the operator can remove the corresponding local application data and report files after preserving any required article data and backups.
